Regional stereotype

Mise-en-scene- The way props show regional stereotype for Cornwall is because they are stereotyped to wear suits and this is because it is classed as formal and boring which is another stereotype of down south. Another is the set and stereotypically down south they all live in towns and this is the set for this. This is trying too say that all people there are the same and none of them have identities. The other prop that shows a down south stereotype is the briefcase and expensive accessories. And this shows that down south they are rich and posh and this links in with the accent and being rural and town setting.

Sound- They use diegetic sound which is the accent and this relates too the posh accent. They use this to show how the Do is quite common and he isn't like the other and this is backed up because he doesn't give the woman the prescription at first which is unlike the old doctor.

Editing- They don't use fast-paced editing they use quite slow shots and not a lot of shots which shows everywhere is the same and the place is old because it moves slowly and it is quite boring as their isn't anything to capture.
